Request deletion of your personal data

Before you proceed

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

What will be deleted:

  • Your profile information and account settings
  • All conversation history with AI tutors
  • Learning progress, streaks, and achievements
  • Saved vocabulary and flashcards
  • Partner/tutor profile (if applicable)
  • Payment history and subscription data

Consider these alternatives:

  • Pause notifications - Turn off reminders in Settings without losing data
  • Export your data - Download your learning progress before deleting
  • Contact support - We may be able to help with your concerns

Your Privacy Rights

Under GDPR (for EU residents) and CCPA (for California residents), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We will process your request within 30 days. For any questions, contact [email protected]
